Getting Started
1. Start without import
You can use the register with no data: add items manually with "Add Data" and optionally import CSV, Excel, or JSON later.
2. Add data items
Click "Add Data" to enter data sources. Use the category dropdown (PII, PHI, Financial, Evidence, etc.) for consistent classification.
3. Import existing data
Use "Import Inventory" to upload CSV, JSON, or Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files. The tool will guide you through field mapping.
4. Auto-save & export
Data is saved automatically to your browser. Export to CSV or JSON for backup or use in the full CyberCaution platform.
